This might be the most common, and most complicated answer. If you want 1 – 3 pages, turn around would be about a week. If you wanted 10 – 12 pages, with forms, interaction and other systems, it could be two weeks. The initial call will give us a good idea of the scope of the work and after gathering that information, we can better give a timeline. No projected is expected to take longer than one month ( contingent on provided copy ).
The largest hold up is always been correspondence and the correct content. We will do the best website for you, but some things we can’t write, like About Us or needing specific content to your business.
The sooner we get the content, the quicker the site will be up!
It largely depends on what you need done. We have rough estimates and plans here. The initial call will give us a good idea of the scope of the work and after gathering that information, we can better give an estimate. We can comfortably say that we want the business more, than to make money off it.
We are smarter to know that business is more valuable and the viral word of mouth is still the most effective marketing, so we want a polished product as much as you do!
After the site goes live, we monitor it just to make sure all final bugs are resolved. We let data collect and assess the progress. The site will receive maintenance and security and will be hosted with us ( unless we are working on your server ). Post launch and maintenance packages are found here.

The site will be design and developed to last indefinitely! We are using a safe, modern code base that will survive the test of time. The hosting is an annual fee, found here. This is because we only have so much space, and pay for the server data regularly. If you keep us up with changes, the website will always be out there. If the client feels at anytime to remove the site, or close it in an emergency, we can accommodate that.
Once becoming a client, you are given an emergency phone number for events like these. Have no fear, we are here to help.
All files are hosted with us, but we share them usually through email. Please search your email for “websitepotion.com” and you may see one containing a link to your files. You may also download these files for use. If you have trouble finding the link, contact us and we can provide.
An email will be provided to you, that brings you to a page to “generate your password”. It is very normal to lose this password, we or you can always reset it. For specific domain name access, please contact us as that would be secure information we don’t want to post publicly.
